The issue of wind/solar, and any other higher cost electric power should be clearly made known and the power users might vote if they want to pay more for power.

So, the concept of the five PRC commissioners deciding that “green power” is good for all is just wrong.

Wind/solar power are only happening is because not enough people know what the costs are.

Thus, RGI should work to get the truth out.
