I realize Gov. Martinez sees this as helping the children of New Mexico, but at what cost? One thing that always seems to be true is that the more “free” entitlements we come up with, the more people we have lining up to take advantage of them. As Margaret Thatcher said, “Sooner or later you run out of other peoples money!”
