		<description><![CDATA[I worked for a union once.  I thought I worked for the Santa Fe Railway and soon found that to not be true.  The job was between college summers, good money, bad experience.  Loved the railroad, loved the work where I was allowed to do it.

Have a couple of friends that would require a license to set up business here in New Mexico.  They love it here and have declined to make the move after checking into the license procedure.  

No Right to Work and licensing are both detriments and are artificially holding the local economy back.  Hope Jon Barela gets on board with this.]]></description>
